respect and acceptance

Respect and acceptance need to come together.  One can’t give respect without acceptance and one can’t accept if there’s no respect. When either one is in tandem, unhappiness ensued.

When we respect differences, we learn to accept them readily

When we accept people’s motives for actions, we learn to respect their decisions

When we respect authority, we accept the instructions

When we accept one’s superior knowledge & experience, we respect their ideas & advises

But that does not mean we agree.

For me, I think I have accepted that most human beings are selfish and greedy, so rather than feeling adamant & unhappy, I think I can respect that it is an action that one got to take for their own’s advantage even though it seems wrong morally.  I may not like it but if I choose to be unhappy about it actually makes the matter even worse. So, I accept & respect that action you chose to take. I too will choose my own course of actions. And God will be the only judge.

And man.. i do feel so balanced! (as what ceser of dog whisperer will say)

🙂

you are only as good as your last ???????

And wow.. yes, we are only as good as our last service/ shipment / delivery / goods … There is no promise or obligation for the customer to continue with their patronage unless they felt that they will ‘want’ to.

So.. what’s the Wow ! factor for your service that people will want to continue patronage? (oh..that’s a question to myself by the way… not questioning someone else’s service here..)

Yeap.. that’s the issue – how do we give the WOW factor so that we are not ‘just another’ water company?
